Incredibile campagna del Dipartimento di salute pubblica di New York contro l'eccesso di zucchero nelle bevande gassate.

Vi sembra normale mangiare 16 bustine di zucchero una dietro l'altra?
E' quello che fate quando bevete mezzo litro di cola

Andrebbe evitato l'uso frequente nei bambini ed adolescenti perchè gli zuccheri semplici e raffinati contenuti nelle bevande dolci portano calorie "vuote" (nel senso che sono prive di fibre e micronutrienti come vitamine e sali minerali) e hanno un alto indice glicemico * (ovvero provocano un repentino innalzamento della glicemia).
